    Inspired by my favourite “Hot Girl” pizza in New York, this silky, bright tomato sauce is one I make on repeat. Then I show you my crispy chicken parm — golden, delicious, and pure comfort.

  2. Julie’s Chicken–Mushroom Casserole
    This recipe brings me back to my early days in the city. What started as a box-mix idea became a creamy, cozy chicken-mushroom bake scented with nutmeg. It’s nostalgic and so satisfying.

  3. Seared Steak & Mushroom Ramen
    This is my fast, flavour-packed ramen bowl. I teach you how to sear a perfect steak, make a quick savoury broth, and build a bowl that tastes restaurant-worthy but comes together in minutes.

  4. Tuscan Sausage & Potato Soup
    I learned this soup from a restaurant owner in Italy, and it’s been in my rotation ever since. Potatoes, sausage, broth, and a few simple techniques create something rustic, soulful, and unbelievably good.

    I roast chicken the Thomas Keller way — high heat, no fuss — and it gives me the juiciest, most tender results every time. Paired with caramelized vegetables and my Parmesan–lemon dressing, it’s simple perfection.

    This is the best pork roast I’ve ever made. Inspired by Amanda Hesser, it’s tender, aromatic, and beautifully fall-apart. I show you exactly what cut to buy, how to build flavour, and why low-and-slow always wins.

  3. Perfect Chicken Breast & Caprese-Stuffed Chicken
    I teach you how to cook the perfect chicken breast — juicy, tender, and never dry. Then I show you how to turn it into a Caprese-stuffed version that’s simple, flavourful, and such a beautiful weeknight dinner.

  4. Bonus: One Night in New York — Spaghetti Vongole
    A late-night bowl of vongole in the West Village completely won me over. I show you how to recreate it — briny clams, garlic, chili, white wine, and crisp pangrattato. Simple, silky, unforgettable.
