A: Every week we curate a dinner menu, with healthy, delicious recipes (developed by top food editors and Chefs, tested until perfect) and shopping list with exact quantities and costs. The menu is a balance of classic recipes; starting with Meatless Monday, pastas & pizza, meat, poultry, and fish, and a lighter day with soup or salad.

Our recipes are generously created for 4, if you have leftovers, you can freeze for the weekend, or enjoy for lunch the next day.
