Cold Brewed Iced Coffee

Ingredients

8 cups cold water

1⁄4 pound ground coffee

1 (10-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk


Combine coffee and water and steep for 8 hours. Strain through fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

To serve, fill glass with ice, fill with coffee and add sweetened condensed milk, as desired. Serves 8-10.

Cold brewed iced coffee will keep in a jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
