Waldorf-Style Tuna Salad
Ingredients
2 (4 1⁄2 -ounce) cans white tuna, drained
1⁄4 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
1⁄2 cup celery, finely chopped
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled,
cored and finely chopped
1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Method
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve in mini pita or on your favourite bread. Serves 4-6.
