We made our reservation the moment we arrived.
The waiter appeared at our table with a large white platter filled with their finest cuts... rib-eye, T-bone, tenderloin, porterhouse. He began and went on to describe the qualities of each.
We picked the largest one! Porterhouse, Chicago-style, medium rare, please.
The steak arrived. Plump and juicy, with a thick, crusty, charred outside and a perfectly pink inside. Just right! Delicious! We enjoyed every bite.
