Hot Rum Toddy


½ cup dark rum

1 tablespoon honey

6 whole cloves

½ cup boiling water

¼ cup fresh lemon juice Lemon strips, to garnish


In small heat proof jug, combine rum, honey, and cloves. Add boiling water and lemon juice. Stir well. Pour into two glasses and garnish with lemon zest. Serves 2.
